High Gear Rush Service – Need it ASAP? High Gear Service gives you two day production time from order approval.  Once we have your complete order and vector art, it's a mere two days until your order ships. See our terms below to make sure that your order qualifies.

High Gear Terms:

1. "High Gear" must be stated on Purchase Order
2. High Gear Service is a 2 Day Rush Service
3. Production Ready Orders must be recieved before 5:00 PM EST (i.e. Orders recieved before 5:00pm on Monday will ship Wednesday)
4. Orders must be production ready. See General Information.  Orders that are incomplete or require clarification will not qualify. Proof Approvals not available.
5. Artwork must be in approved format.
6. 20% Added to Net charges
7. 1 Day Service Available - 40% Added to Net Charges - Call factory prior to submitting.
8. Customers must have Terms established or provide Credit Card Information.
9. Must ship via FedEx shipping services.
10. Subject to inventory availability.

Drop Shipment Charge - $10.00 g

Third Party Billing Charge - $7.00 x
COD - Not Available
International – Foreign Shipment will incur a $20.00 g Processing Charge. Customer responsible for Taxes and Duties
Packaging – Ceramic mugs packed in Guaranteed shipping carton $6.25 g on all UPS and FedEx shipments
LTL / Truck Shipments – Available for Large Quantity Shipments
Customer Pick up available upon request

Submitting A Clean Order – This is very important to insure that your order processes smoothly and that there are no delays. These steps are especially necessary to qualify for our High Gear Service and normal lead times.
On your Purchase Order - Needs to include

     -Company Phone & Fax Number
     -Contact Name and e-mail Address
     -Purchase Order Number
     -Requested Ship Date
     -Deadline
     -Desired Product Number and Color
     -Quantity Desired
     -Art Name & Description
     -Layout Instructions (see product details for options)
     -Imprint Instructions
     -Unit Cost
     -Additional Charges (setup, second run, art charge...)
     -Shipping Instructions
     -First Time Customers provide resale license

Orders can not be given a ship date without all of the above information.

NOTE: Meeting the above requirements will greatly assist us in making sure that your order is completed on time and to your exact specification. Orders that do not include any of the above may not qualify for High Gear Service and may be delayed until all of the above is clarified.
